Luke received his law degree from Baylor University School of Law. Prior to attending Baylor Law, he graduated summa cum laude from Abilene Christian University with a B.B.A. in Financial Management. Luke and his wife Haley live in Round Rock, Texas with their two wonderful children. Luke is active in the local community serving as a deacon at Round Rock Church of Christ, as a mentor with the S.T.A.R.S Mentor Program through RRISD, and as a member of the RRISD Bond Oversight Committee.
